About Danielle

Ready to achieve health and happiness?

Today’s health is shifting. We are all gaining personal responsibility for our bodies and life satisfaction. I provide comprehensive personal and group forums which enable clients to take action in behaviors that support their greatest health.

I am an RN and a health coach passionate to empower you to reach your goals.

I use cutting edge tools and protocols to enable coaching with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, and mood. My work combines Marc David’s teachings of Dynamic Eating Psychology, Mind-Body Nutrition, laser focused coaching and transformational question sequencing designed to work at the level of the limbic brain to win over the stubborn “critter brain”.

The skills I use from these trainings are a highly unique combination of practical coaching techniques, results oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, intuitive coaching, body-centered practices, mind-body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.

My Training:

I began my nursing education in 2007 and quickly saw a shortfall in conventional medical practice and the opportunity for comprehensive wellness which incorporates nutrition, alternative medicine practices as well as evidence based practice. This led me to seek additional training. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2011, attended Hippocrates Health Institute Health Education Program in 2013, certified in Eating Psychology Coaching from The Institute for the Psychology of Eating in May 2014, and completed from the Landmark Forum in August 2014, and the Advanced Course in September 2014. Starting in Febuary 2015, I begin a 7 month personal growth and leadership Landmark course: Introduction to Leadership Program. It is important that my clients to have the most effective health coach possible, so I leading by example by obtaining regular personal and professional coaching, mediate routinely, maintain close relationship with my family, and practice happiness daily!

My Dream:

As an RN and Health Coach, my a ideal and long term objective, is to play a role in creating an evolution in the healthcare system. I see an opportunity to bring true health to healthcare. I envision a new paradigm where health advice and health care is given from a place of authenticity on the part of the provider. This will be accomplished through the education and empowerment of healthcare professionals to attain individual wellness.

My Story:

Life experiences have uniquely qualified me to work with clients who experience challenges related to health and food. In my teenage years, I developed binge eating as a coping mechanism to deal with circumstances out of my control. The severity of the behavior fluctuated in accordance with the amount of perceived stress in my life. This habit and my weight were “manageable” with diet and exercise for many years. After attending a training program and choosing to adhere to a strict diet, the binging behavior came to be unmanageable. From the desire to regain total wellness and eradicate binge eating, I came across Institute for the Psychology of Eating and became and Eating Psychology Coach. Since having success (ask me how I ate cookies and lost 12 pounds over Christmas 2014) in my journey I have gained wisdom, insight, and understanding. My journey as well as the protocols, tools, and techniques have actively developed me into a knowledgeable and uniquely prepared health coach.

I will empower you in wellness.
